Emerald Isle
1oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1oz Midouri
.5oz Coconut Water (pulp is fine)
.5oz Pineapple Juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shaker your little tropical booty off – or at least till the shaker is frosty. Then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with melon, pineapple, both, or nothing!
