Work and this glorious cold I have has been kicking my butt lately, but as promised, I’m brining you another delicious Halloween cocktail- Fizzy Pumpkin Punch! Takes my mind off of the hustle and bustle of working while I’m sick anyway. This tasty little beverage is perfect for that Halloween bash you’re probably going to be throwing sometime this week. I know I’ll be making some on Halloween this Thursday. (I have Halloween off this year woo hoo!) It’s a great recipe because it can be made with or without the booze, so it works great for children’s parties too. (besides the sugar part but hey it’s halloween – let ‘um live a little) This punch can also be made by the glass! So if you’re looking for something fizzy and tasty this halloween to sip while you’re sitting on the couch waiting for trick or treaters, fizzy pumpkin punch is great for that too! I’ll post both recipes for you guys I hope you enjoy.

Fizzy Pumpkin Punch
Glass:
1.5oz Silver Rum
2 scoops of Mango Sorbet
2oz Sierra Mist (or lemon lime soda)
2oz Pineapple Juice
1.5oz Mango Juice
Optional Garnish: Pop Rocks Pumpkin Patch
No ice is needed for this drink – the sorbet keeps it chilled. Slide a fresh lime slice around the edge of the glass and then turn the glass upside down into a dish with the pop rocks. They will stick to the lime juice around the edge of the glass. Place two scoops of sorbet in your glass, (or 3 if you’re a huge sorbet fan like myself) then add the rum, equal amounts of sierra mist and pineapple juice, then mango. Enjoy!
Party Punch:
1 2 liter of Sierra Mist
3 cups of Pineapple Juice
3 cups of Mango Juice
1 cup of Silver Rum (optional)
1/2 Quart Mango Sorbet (If mango is unavailable, orange works as well)
You know how to make punch! Throw all that punch swag into a giant punch bowl! Get some fancy orange and black glasses and you’ve got yourself a delicious Halloween Punch.
