It’s July – known to be one of the hottest months of the summer. And boy has it been living up to its reputation. Last week at least one part of every state in the US somewhere hit 90 degrees or above. That’s a pretty toasty country if you ask me. Out in Western Washington things have been dryer than usual. Warm – always – but in a climate where everyone is used to being moist 24/7, things are getting tough. Lawns are drying up, flowers are wilting and water bills are inevitably increasing with all the sprinklers needing to be on now. Sometimes the only relief to be found in crispy times like these is in your glass. Your glass of deliciously cool and refreshing Mango – tropical rum cocktail.
The Mango – Lime Cooler is sweet, refreshing and a little bubbly, making it wonderful for hot months like july. So sit down in your lawn chair by the pool – or in the shade and sip away on your deliciously tropical summer cocktail. 
Fruity, Bubbly and most importantly; refreshing.
Mango Lime Cooler
1.5oz Cruzan Mango Rum
2oz Mango Juice
2oz Sprite
Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice from two wedges of lime
Fill your glass with ice. Pour in the rum, mango juice and sprite. Squeeze in your lime juice from your lime wedges. Stir. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf for some color. Your drink is ready to enjoy.
