Simple, sweet, strong and of all the cocktails with rude names this one actually isn’t so bad. Most of the time when people ask me for something strong – it opens up pandoras box of recipes all including my ‘time-to-get-my-customers-buzzed’: Bacardi 151. Thanks to the extra strong gasoline like taste of the stuff, regardless the amount I put into a cocktail the drink suddenly becomes strong and the drinkers are happy drinkers. Hence the name, I suppose, “shut the hell up”. Hearing people complain all the time gets old – give em Bacardi 151. Should be their new slogan if you ask me, but what do I know.
Shut the Hell Up
1oz Southern Comfort
.5oz Tequila
.5oz 151 Bacardi 151
2.5oz Cranberry Juice
Fill a collins glass with ice. Pour in your liquors, then fill to the top with cranberry juice and garnish with a cherry.
